Transport

Newcastle's public transport network is extensive and consists of buses and ferries. There are numerous ticket types to choose from. There are timed tickets, Travel passes, Excursion tickets, Concession travel tickets and ferry tickets. Most tickets can be used on both buses and ferries. Tickets can be bought from the bus driver, CityRail, at the stations, and from ticket agents. Note that not all ticket types are available at all outlets.
